Something Old, Something New #4

Something Old, Something New is just a monthly post I am adding to my blog to give you a bit of news here there about me, books and the random things going on.

Something Old

There are a ton of books on my shelf that have been there collecting dust for awhile now.  That is old but I thought today I would share with you an ol' faithful.  I have a love for purses as well.  There are a few lot in my closet that would love to have a moment in the spotlight.  Today I present to you an old purse that I pull out every single spring since the first time I got it.

May 2015 Reading Queue

Reading Queue is a meme hosted by Book Tasty and Books: A True Story.
Welcome to the Reading Queue.
Well!
I am back to my slow reading pace of 4 books a month.  LOL!
I kinda got hooked on a iPad game called 2048.  OMG!  If you remember I quit playing Candy Crush for one year so that I can read more.  Well........ 2048 is my new crack!  What does this have to do with my reading queue for May?  I'm telling you this so you won't be disappointed when you see the short list of books I have planned to read this month.  More or less I am giving you a heads up.
But I will (try to) quit 2048 at when I get back from BEA15.
What is the reading queue all about?
Reading Queue is a monthly meme where you share what books you plan to read for the month. You can hop to other blogs and see what others are reading and maybe find someone reading the same thing as you! Or you can ask for people to vote on what you should read next if you can’t decide.

So here is what I have lined up for the month of May. (Click the covers to go to the books Amazon page.)

Cover Characteristics - Yellow

Hosted by Sugar and Snark
Each week we will post a characteristic and choose 5 of our favorite covers with that characteristic. If you want to join in and share your 5 favorite covers with the weeks particular characteristic, then just make a post, grab the meme picture (or make your own) and leave your URL in Linky (so we can visit).
You don’t even need to participate, just stopping by and saying hi would be great! Don’t forget to stop by the other participants!
This week was a super easy topic.  There were sooo many books with yellow covers that it was so hard to pick just five of them.  I think I found over 15 in my first search.  So here is a variety of the ones I like the most.  And you know me...I will make this a diverse list of books (as much as I can).  Click on the book titles below to go to their Amazon page.
