This weeks Topic/Question
December 27th - January 2nd: What books are you looking forward to reading in 2014?
My Answer
I am looking forward to getting to a few books in several series I have not gotten to yet. I would love to knock a series or two off of my long incomplete series list.
I also have 70+ books sitting here looking at me and they are pissed they are collecting dust while new books are being brought into the house on a monthly basis. Here are the top five books I am really hoping to get to in 2014.
I have had this book since it first came out (years ago). I bought it and then realized it was part of a series. I put it down read the first 4 or 5 books in the series and then just stopped. I am ready for this one.
I read Soulless this year so it is only natural to go to the next book, right? I don't currently own this book, soo.... I have to get it. Soon!
Yep! I picked another book I don't currently own. But I want to read this one before I get into Inferno. I know! Everyone says they can stand alone..but...I just wanna read this one first.
I can not tell you how long I have had this book on my shelf collecting dust. I just purchased Champion so the sooner I get to this one the better.
I won this book last year from Jessica @Books A True Story and she let me pick it. I picked it because I have been wanting to read it. Another dust collector.

For the month of December I thought I would change it up a bit and try out this (new to me) meme called Cover Characteristic hosted by Sugar and Snark.
Each week we will post a characteristic and choose 5 of our favorite covers with that characteristic. If you want to join in and share your 5 favorite covers with the weeks particular characteristic, then just make a post, grab the meme picture (or make your own) and leave your URL in Linky (so we can visit). ~From Sugar and Snark~ Ice Covers~
So this week the cover characteristic is all about the ice cold! And looking for 5 or 6 ice covered books is making me cold. Here are my picks.
