I Love This! Kate Spade
When purses and books and fun mix into one, I quickly fall head over heels in love. I mean how can you not? Kate Spade has this funky style that makes fashion fun. I know, I know, I know that Kate Spade is not cheap but look at what she has done to the simple pocketbook.
O Kate! How I love you? Let me count the ways!

BEA 2013 Book Haul: Part 1
I did it! I attended my first (and not the last) Book Expo America in New York City!
*Happy Dance*
I have to tell you all that this was an experience for sure. I had no idea what I was really walking into and you know what ....I loved it!
If you have a book hoarding problem and you are trying to quit, then don't go. If you have issues with crowds and long lines, then don't go! If you can't haul 30lbs of books around, then don't go! No really! 30 Pounds!
Today, my first two 30 lbs boxes arrived from FedEx. Two more are coming tomorrow and I have a another box from the post office coming after that.
So this post is only about the first 2 boxes and the books inside them.
By the way this is in no particular order at all.

Birthday Giveaway: A Classic E-Reader Cover
Yep! I said it! And I posted it!
Forty One!
As you can see I am not one of those women that hides her age. Why? Because one, there are a ton of people who didn't make it to 41. And two, I don't even look it!!!! ;-) lol!
So what have I learned over the 4 decades and a year on this planet? I am so glad you asked. Here are 10 of the 41 things I learned. I figured I would pair it down to 4 post a week. LOL!

May 2013: Wrap Up
May is over and I have another great month done! But Dang! Bussssy! OMG!
I have worked, two reading challenges, blogging, book club, traveling to BEA, training with my trainer, dance class and life stuff all under my belt. Whew! I need to sleep for a month to get back into my mojo!
What's a woman to do?
This month has been good on the reading front. I just got back Sunday from BEA and I will do a completely separate post about that hoard of books later. I have to say if you have a book hoarding problem (not you but maybe a friend of yours) don't go! Or at least just do one day and be done with it! It is sooo overwhelming. Never mind. That is another post for another day!
This post does not include BEA books.

Clean Sweep ARC Challenge: Wrap Up
Hosted by Caffeinated Book Reviewer and The Windy Pages
The challenge dates: May 1 to 31st.
I am so glad I joined this challenge. I didn't read a ton of new books. I didn't even get 5 off of my TBR list. But what I did do was a big first step in the right direction. Here is my sign up post with my goals and the huge list of books sitting here looking at me.
1. I completed 3 books. Yeah! I could have read one more but I wanted to finish a few other books laying around here.
2. I now have a list of the ARC's in my house.
3. All the ARC's are now in one area in my house. They were here and there on the bookcase. Now they all live in one space. Happily together! *le sigh*
4. My Library page has now ARC labels on the ARC's I have read. How cool is that?
I didn't get time to join in the mini-challenges but I hope *fingers crossed* they host this challenge one more time. Say like in August around Bout of Books. Hummm! Hint! Hint!

Women's Reading Challenge Completed
Hosted by PeekABook
I have completed my second reading challenge! Whoot! Whoot! This one was too easy to be honest. The challenge was to red book written by women author's. I think I read way more books by women than man. By far!
